I was so happy the way I was kept informed on the progress of the repair. They made sure I got the rental when the repairs started and took care of the return. The car was nicely detailed when we picked it up. The only downside is the horn doesn’t work. But I am confident that will be taken care quickly. Very happy with my experience with Caliber.

I loved caliber collision. The person who took care of me was Angie. Very nice and super communicative which is one of the things I LOVED. My car looked absolutely amazing i was honestly quite shocked when I saw it! Overall it was a very good experience and would recommend anyone i know who needs car fixing to this place.

Biggest gripe I had was I had to pay for a battery unexpectedly, when I believe this should've been charged to the insurance
