We had an amazing experience with Caliber Collision in Valley Ranch. They went to bat for us against the insurance company to do the right thing and without hesitation. That in itself was more than enough to be satisfactory, but they really went the extra mile and detailed the truck before returning it to us. Can not recommend these guys enough!

Everyone at Caliber was so nice an so helpful. From Reagan at the front and even on the phone to Mike who pretty much handled everything else until it was time to drive my pretty fixed car away. It was faster and cheaper than originally thought and that was so surprising and music to my ears. Thank you everyone for handling my car and my Sister and myself so nicely. Mike even opened the door for me every time I showed up.

Driver side rear door still has a rattle in it due to the accident.

I picked my car up Thursday 7-16-20, i drove it home and there is still a rattling in the rear driver side door that wasn’t there before the accident. I had asked for them to make sure they look at it when i dropped it off. I immediately called and was put on hold, the young lady at the front desk then took my name and number and said she would have someone call me back. It’s 7-21-20 and i haven’t been contacted yet. I will call again as i don’t want to not have this repaired or be told it wasn’t caused by the accident.
