Car drives fine but there’s black marks on the interior of the vehicle and scratches on the interior and exterior of the vehicle that weren’t there before.

Took 2 days to send me the email to sign when I said I can come in early and sign them. So they sent it on a Friday when they were about to close and I had to wait till the next week for my car to start getting worked on. But other than that they were good with customer service.

Unfortunately, this was not my first need for the services of Caliber. Both times the job was done beyond expectation. This time around, Frank Rosas was fantastic. He kept me up to date on the progress of the repair and the reception staff were first rate!
