Brian was an angel. I bugged him frequently and he was always so polite and helpful and always encouraged me to call back. He provided the best service I’ve ever had or at least in such a long time that I can’t remember. He made this whole experience, easy and pain-free, he accommodated everything that I wanted him to do and then some. Actually, there were only two people I met there and the other one was Laura, who was as kind as could be as well, but I had less interaction with her. I would definitely recommend your facility for any repairs and once again, Brian went over and beyond to accommodate me and it has been greatly appreciated thank him so much for me.

We had an outstanding experience with Caliber Collision, especially thanks to Brian. After our car accident, the repairs process could have been stressful, but Brian made everything so much easier. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kept us informed throughout the entire process . The quality of the repairs was exceptional-our car looks and drives like it did before the accident. The attention to detail and craftsmanship were truly impressive . We really appreciated Brian’s excellent customer service and the care he showed every step of the way.
