The staff at Caliber Collision were EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating. I really appreciate the service. It was really efficient and timely. Brian was really incredible at giving me updates on the repair and took his time when I arrived to pickup my vehicle to explain all the repairs and answered all questions I had.

I didn’t want to push dissatisfied because I was not. The only thing that would’ve been better, was letting me know why the car was not ready when your system said it would be. I had to call a couple of times and always got an answer, but I was never sure exactly what the delay was. Otherwise, who all are great
