From start to finish, the service was excellent. I originally came to get an estimate to prove liability. Service was fast. I received the report within an hour. Once liability was proven the insurance company listed Caliber as an option for my repairs. I didn't have to call, you called me. They called Enterprise, I was picked up and on my way. I was kept up to date on the progress and when my car was ready I was able to drop off my rental at the location where my car was being repaired. Not only was my car ready a day early, but the manager stayed late until I arrived. Excellent!
