I just picked up my car a full day ahead of schedule. I worked with Jovon Henderson and Brian Elofson (Geico). I had put off bringing my car to get fixed for a few weeks because I figured it would be a hassle. Not with these guys! I was impressed upon arrival to the spotless waiting room with coffee, water and snacks and Brian sat down to fully explain the entire process to me. Then we went outside to look at the damage on my car with Jovon. Jovon called me a few hours later to tell me it would be done that same evening. The people at Enterprise couldn't believe how efficient Caliber was when I returned my rental! When I got back to my car, it looked better than it had BEFORE the accident. They cleaned the inside and out and even buffed away a bit of paint off my bumper. The repairs look great and I am so excited to have my car back in one piece! I have never had a positive experience at an auto body shop and I certainly don't hope for another accident but if one happens I will definitely be calling Jovon ASAP. He's the best!
