Everyone I dealt with at Caliber was professional, yet personable, helpful and answered any and all of my questions. They always provided feedback right away. I felt confident in my decisions due to the way they handled every aspect of my request for repair. From the intelligent and friendly receptionist who helped me relax and not stress out so much about my car, to George who went out of his way to answer any and all questions that I had. Always friendly yet professional. I felt he really tried to look out for the customer and to provide the best quality sèrvice and results that all involved would appreciate, and ultimately be very satisfied with. I appreciated every aspect of our interactions and the treatment I received. No rushing the customer, took their time explaining anything I had questions about until they knew I understood and was satisfied with their answers. Best experience ever!

I would not hesitate to recommend them. All of Caliber's employees I dealt with were professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and informed, with great communication skills throughout the entire process. The work they did on my car was exceptional, and the car almost looked like it could have almost been back to it's factory release, that's the kind of work they did. :)
