The work was very well done. The car is 8 years old but we can’t tell any difference in the color match. That seems amazing. Kelly thought you all had made a scratch on the opposite side of the car. She was willing to make it right. Once I saw it I knew it was a previous scratch that we had chosen not to repair. Kelly was wonderful to work with. Your office person was great as well. Your AI lady needs some correction, however. I dropped off the car on Tuesday and I got a call from AI lady on Thursday saying I had missed my appointment!🙃🥴🤪

If you tell a customer there car will be earlier and it been delayed letting the customer know that there has been a delay. Instead of letting them wait all day and customer calling to see what is going on.
