Julie was terrible to work with. Her “updates” to me were always just that they are working on my car and it’s a big job and she’ll update me again in a few days. Obviously they’re working on my car if they still have it. However, I did get assistance from Jacob and he was very helpful keeping me updated as parts arrived and things were completed
