Edgar was outstanding. From greeting me when I first brought my car in and going over everything and what they were going to do and explaining it to me in such detail, and keeping me updated throughout the whole process so I knew when my car was ready. The work is outstanding the people that work there at Caliber Collision put their heart and soul into it you can tell by the craftsmanship from what your car look like when you brought it in to what it looks like when you drive it out. If I ever get into an accident again which I hope I don't Caliber Collision is going to be my first and only choice. Thank you Edgar for all that you did and for making the process a very unstressful and easy experience.

The customer service was professional and reaponsive. The only issue I had was on my original pick up date. I did not get notification that my car would not be ready until the night before which I had already made plans to use it. My car was delayed for another week

Great experience, daily updates, friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean waiting room ( and back office that I walked through by mistake) I know if I need to have my truck fixed, Caliber Collision is the place to go! Oh yeah and they cleaned and vacuumed my truck as well. That was a big surprise, so Thank You

Yesenia was very instrumental in the rating I gave Caliber. I understand there are many working parts during the repair of a vehicle but empathy, listening and making sure a customer’s questions are answered and concerns are addressed fall directly on the shoulders of the representative dealing with the customer. Yesenia made sure I was 100% satisfied with the repairs of my vehicle. Yesenia called me directly or messaged me with updates during the entire process. Yesenia has won my trust. I hope I do not encounter another unfortunate incident with my vehicle but if I do it would be nice to know that Yesenia would be there to get things done on time and as promised.
