Manny is the best. He helped me last time someone hit my car. He did such an excellent job with the repairs that’s why I chose to go there again. I was so happy when I saw he would be taking care of me again. I don’t have enough good words for service I received.

From the second I walked in the door, I was greeted and made sure I was helped. Yesenia was the amazing employee I worked with and I’m so Thankful it worked out that way. She is so nice and the communication, correspondence, and updates helped keep my mind at ease. Being a newer car had some unexpected parts needed and she made sure she kept me in the loop every step of the day. It can be frustrating without a car and no one to speak to, but Yesenia and Caliber Collision do it differently and being in constant communication and greeted with a smile really eases the stress. Thank you to her and to the super sweet secretary and all the other staff at CC. I am Super happy I went with you guys

Excellent customer service! From the front desk to Yesenia, it was above par. Communication really matters and this place , I believe, believes that too
