Was very surprised by the increase in cost from estimate (~$3,500) to completion (~$6,100), insurance was paying but this much of an increase is hard to understand and leads to distrust about what is happening there. There were screws left in the cup holder, likely unnecessary but also not reassuring. There was a crack in the taillight next to the panel that was replaced, not sure if this was supposed to be part of the repair but I noticed it after receiving the car back and was disappointed that >$6000 in this wasn’t at least noticed. The car was ready the evening I was informed it would be done, that was a positive. Overall, the paint and paneling looks great but the details and the estimate left a lot to be desired.
