It really took a lot longer (3 1/2 weeks) for the repair than I anticipated and even though I have my vehicle I’m still waiting for two more parts to be replaced. I’m not sure when they will be delivered and installed? So, the long repair time extended the car rental and associated insurance cost. Additionally, a tire I purchased was added to the cost estimate for the insurance payment, then when I inquired with Caliber when I pick up my vehicle I want to be reimbursed for the tire because the insurance was reimbursing Caliber told me they don’t issue Checks and I had to go the other persons insurance. I did get it reconciled but I can show you the paperwork where first the tire cost was added in the subsequently when I asked for reimbursement it was removed.
