The car's components weren't properly fitted; one side of the hood was visibly lifting off the ground, and the screws for the hood locking mechanism were loose. This was a major flaw, and what could be done about it now?

No call in a week … I called … not ready due to parts … next day call car will be ready .. then ooops no part … but when called need to pick up that day or charged for progressive rental … needs to be better system

My coordinator here was excellent! I mean chefs freaking kiss. He talked to me respectfully, he kept me in the loop through the process, and let me kno, and explained anything I asked about. My car looks amazing they even cleaned my tires and headlights. I would totally recommend this place.
