I appreciated the daily updates on how the repairs were coming along. There was no need for me to wonder and call into the office. Car looked like it was before the accident and drove like it as well so no complaints.

Ruben Garcia simplified the process and provided excellent customer service. He also recommended that I use the Enterprise on Main - so, that I can drop off vehicle at his location when my car was ready. This was very convenient.

The repairs turned out very well. I received updates on my vehicle almost daily or as they arrived to caliber. My only issue is my car alerted me multiple times that the doors were left unlocked with windows rolled down over night with the keys in the vehicle. I’m unsure if my car was left outside with a security guard on duty or inside locked away. But those alerts concerned me a lot. Otherwise everyone was very professional and pleasant and I’m happy to have my vehicle back in good condition.
