I appreciated the communication I received every step of the way. Specifically the timely phone calls from Javier with information regarding the extend of actual repairs needed, updated estimates, approximate completion dates. Text message updates are helpful however I much preformed the human communication. When picking up the vehicle both the front office staff and the gentleman that helped me complete the inspection and final paperwork were friendly and made the process stress free.
