First of all getting in an accident that’s not your fault is so frustrating! With that said right from the start when I called to set up an appt the receptionist must have heard me be emotional and overwhelmed she asked if I was ok that was very thoughtful! I was very appreciative of the professionalism of the staff from start to finish ! Ruben kept me updated about the progress of my car and was always available to speak with me either by text or phone call. The best part is the repairs were completed way before the estimated date that was originally given. Thank you to all who worked on my car ! I am one happy customer Susan A.
