Todd was great! Great service and everything. However i was not happy to see that the qrt window that was cracked ended up getting a big hole on the top corner that was not there and the window were holder is was super broken and lose. Would have been better to be notified and told so we can get it replaced.

Todd was great and communicated very well through the process. Great guy. However, my back bumper still has damage from the incident which i failed to noticed when i picked it up. The Qrt window that slightly damage was super damaged with a big hole that was on the top corner and the window just hanging off by a thread. The bumper and the front corner keep popping off and it does not align to each other and to top it off i just noticed the door that was fixed where the window is does not flush to the other side. These things could have been fixed while the car was in the shop.
