Scott was very informative and kept us updated along the way. He took care of extending our rental and made our process seamless. The sweet lady at checkout was thorough, effective, and efficient. We have gone to this location since it was quality paint and hopefully we ended need repairs again but if we do we will come back.

Javier communicated regularly with me throughout every stage of my car repair and was super helpful in general. My car looks better than how it did before the collision. Ruben was the person that handled my car repair. He was very active on giving me updates daily and repaired my car good as new. Estimate day to finish my car was on August 6 but he was able to get it done a week earlier. Very happy with the outcome of the repair.

The reason I didn’t give a 10 is because I had 2 spots to be fixed that I was going to pay for myself and one other spot for an insurance claim. One area I was paying for was not completely fixed. Ruben(??) said he was sorry but was focusing more on the bottom section of that area. Well yea the bottom area looked good but I didn’t understand why the whole area was not fixed. That does not make sense to me. It was discounted off my total bill which I appreciated but in order to have that spot fixed I would have to make another appt, get another rental car, and it would add up to more money out of my pocket and a big inconvenience to try and work around my work schedule. Ruben (?) kept saying I could bring it back to be fixed. NO! The job was NOT completed.
