Your collision repair was sufficient, but as we discussed had you had mentioned that you were applying bed liner, knowing I had gone the extra mile to repair the damage to the driver’s side of the vehicle, why wouldn’t you have given me the option to spend the money on the tailgate and have it sprayed at the same time. Upsale! This is your bread and butter, but it is the aesthetics of my truck that is now in the eye of the beholder.

A lot of the repairs were not made. My antenna was bent during the accident all they did was bend it back however the wire that runs down it was severed. There are scratches on my door and window which i was initially told should buff out, well they didn't so the next step needs to be taken and it wasn't. Other plastic parts were replaced with used parts that are extremely sun faded not match the plastic next to it. I should have refused to accept it. Now I have to bring it back and waste my time to get these thing fixed that should have been done right the first time!
