Meh, if I’m asked I’ll prob suggest calliber. Like you guys said tho, it’s not fun or convenient experience… so I’d say areas stayed need some work. Again, staff was courteous tho.

I’ve got a piece of cloth hanging out of steering wheel so now I have to go back to get that fixed. Which makes me wonder if anything else was not put back on correctly. I had our rental for about 2 weeks. Not convenient at all. Someone side swiped me. Staff had a great attitude throughout but so many people that seem to answer or man the front desk, so it was always talking to a new person- so they didn’t know what was going on. Had to wait for call backs about status of my car. I’ll try to remember not to go in the middle of a major holiday.

Excellent customer service. Celeste was very self explanatory with all the paperwork and Ruben was very kind and did an excellent job in a proper manner of time. I will definitely recommend Caliber Collision.

Parts were reinstalled that are not suppose to they are suppose to fully replace per Toyota. Lied about it and had to show them proof that they already had. Pushing back to not make it right.
