I was 100% satisfied. From the moment I called to set up an estimate, to the moment I picked up my car. This was a first for me, getting body work on my car, I didn't know what to expect. The employees, from the front desk to the gentleman handling the assessment, were all pleasant and courteous. I didn't know how long it would take. I was surprised it only took a couple of days. My car was perfectly repaired, washed and deodorized. I saw a lot of pride in their work. I would definitely return and recommend them to everyone!

The staff at the Visalia location are amazingly friendly, helpful, patient, and gave me the best possible experience I could have hoped for. I’ve heard so many horror stories with regard to body shops over the years, and Caliber was the complete opposite experience.

The front and back bumper doesn’t feel as strong as my original. I see some plastic flaws on them. I might need to bring my car back in. I noticed my back light cover looks cracked. I’m not sure how that happend. Wasn’t that way before. The staff are very kind people.
