The repair work was exceptional: paint, finishing, and repairs look like new. Our disappointment came in communication from our representative at Caliber. I called 4 times and never received a call back about an update on our vehicle.

Tony was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He made the process easy and as simple as possible.
