We are members of USAA insurance and Calibur Collision was the body shop that was suggested to us. From the beginning of the process until pick up, Calibur Collision insured that our total experience was not only satisfactory but superior. They contacted us as soon as the claim was filed and the communication was exceptional throughout the entire process. The manager and staff were so welcoming and never made me feel rushed or a bother, as I have encountered at other companies. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The waiting area is comfortable, well appointed and drinks are offered. It is apparent they take pride in their business. The actual work done on my vehicle was outstanding. The attention to detail and workmanship was the best I have experienced at an auto body shop. In summary, I can’t say enough about Calibur Collision. I would, with no hesitation, recommend it to anyone needing body shop services.
