Everyone was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Loved the updates on my vehicle. I believe the BMW technician Tony was professional and kind. Picking up the car the entire staff made us feel welcome and walked us through the repair work that was done. The vehicle looks brand new and drives beautiful. Will highly recommend Caliber Collision.

I really appreciate the fact that they went above and beyond and got me new decals for both sides of my truck even though only one side had the damage the other was pretty faded and would’ve looked off but they made everything better than when it was new thank you so much for the hard work it was done sooner than expected

My experience with Caliber Collision was amazing! The estimator in charge of my claim, Lisa, was/is the best! Lisa was super communicative and a delight to deal with. Lisa made this experience enjoyable I dare say. She helped answer any questions or concerns I had and made this experience feel very at ease.
