There is a poor fitment of the bumper on the left side of car. There is a significance poor appearance as the bumper is not flushed, sticks out. In time, it will stick out further. This is not good quality work.

Great customer service. But the fabricated bumper just doesn't fit right on my Lexus. Still has a significant gap and remains defected.

The bumper continues to have a poor fit, still sticking out on the left side. Although the brackets were replaced, that same day the bumper on the left side continued to lift and has a significant gap. The brackets did not remedy the fit.

I understand that you are not located at the Mineral King Caliber Collision. But your messages, were not necessary because the crew at Mineral King kept me well informed. The repairs on the Equinox were excellent. I love the fact we were notified by text as steps taken by team on the repairs. The staff were of great friendly, courteous service & with assisting us in getting us a rental vehicle. The office staff offers coffee, tea & snacks with clean restrooms. I felt very comfortable with the personal being thorough in explanation of detailed repairs and paperwork. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision for a job well done. Thank you very much.🙏🏻
