Receptionist was great but the adjuster just used lame inappropriate jokes the entire time and clearly didn?t care about me as an individual customer. He never once used my name until asking for this surve, I was known as ?Camaro? I would never use this location again due to him

I am completely dissatisfied with my experin very with Caliber. It took 2 months to repair my vehicle, and the level of customer service and communication with me and my insurance carrier was atrocious. I will avoid Caliber at all costs in the future.

Caliber collision is truly amazing. I got into an accident that was 100% not my fault, and was given an estimated 3 weeks until Iâd receive my car fully repaired. They completed my repairs so fast and just got that text saying my car is complete for pickup. Patrick is a gem, completely professional and great at what he does, heâs witty too lol. The texts messages of updates really put my mind at ease and it allowed me to not stress wondering what the status of my car is. If I had any questions Patrick was completely patient and ready to break down the process Barney style for me to understand. I currently donât have a ride to get my car, and Iâm stuck home with my newborn. Theyâre so amazing, Patrick arranged a way that caliber collision can come pick me up from my home with baby, and then send me off on my way in my vehicle once I signed the necessary paperwork. Amazing customer service and it still blows my mind, and I never write reviews. Letâs hope I donât get into any more accidents, but if I do Iâll definitely have my car sent there again no doubt about it.
