This is my second time at Caliber and I was absolutely right to come back. First of all, my banged up car now looks beautiful. I forget the front desk receptionists name but she is fantastic - very personable , helpful, and gets you in and out quickly. Patrick took care of my repairs and he did wonderfully. He kept me updated with everything they were doing, was spot on with his completion date estimate, and is simply fun to work with. Car accidents are never fun but he made me laugh throughout the whole process and thatâs something I truly appreciate when it comes to good customer service. Thank you guys!
