They fixed above and beyond what I asked for, however white marks were left on the exterior of my vehicle and the interior of my car war left dirtier then I had left it

I told the receptionist it was my first time. At the end of it when I picked up my car I had to pay the deductible even though it wasn't my fault. Someone should have shared with me to wait for the person who hit my car to pay the deductible first before I brought my car in to get fixed.

I thought dealing with auto repairs was going to be stressful and difficult. As a female I was nervous I'd be taken advantage of and get overpriced quotes. My experience was absolutely the opposite at Caliber. Kevin was so helpful! I could tell he did everything in his power to get me fair prices and he kept me constantly in the loop on what was going on with my repairs. He could not have been friendlier and he made the whole experience quick and painless! Jenna at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful. I found myself laughing with them most of the time even after paying for some extensive damage to my vehicle. After only a few days it's as if that horrible damage never even happened. This place is great and I'll definitely be back for any future repairs!
