Bill was attentive and understanding and I'm very glad he decided to still work on my vehicle even though they were at capacity. My trunk doesn't close easily it needs force. My car key was missing the buttons to lock and unlock my car and to open the truck. Vehicles should be properly inspected before calling or delivering to owner of the vehicle.

My vehicle was brought to one place and they transported to another location that location did not have clear communication on the work to be performed so when I went to pick up the vehicle the work was not complete however that location on Melrose Drive did make it right

I was very impressed with the quality of work Caliber Collision did on my car. My Prius is a very unique orange color, and I thought it was going to be obvious where the repair was going to be done, but my car looks amazing and I couldn't be any more excited! Thank you to the very nice staff, Bill and Jenna, for fixing my car and handling the opposing insurance when my insurance could not. ????
