George at Calliber Collison in Vista was so kind and so professional. The receptionist always communicated with a warm smile and made it really easy for me to understand the paperwork of the process. The technicians did an exceptional job on my car as the repairs made the whole vehicle look brand new. Would absolutely recommend this location to anyone!

Great JOB thank you so much. One quick note, next time a customer has a camper shell and bed rug, and the shell was removed to get the work done, clean the bed rug. It was very dusty and debris with footprints in it. That’s it other than that amazing job thank you very much.

Repairs were done completely to my satisfaction. Only sidenotes is back of the truck inside the camper shell has a bed rug, it was very dusty with footprints and debris . left behind. In future when camper shell is removed to perform task, it would be beneficial to clean out debris and vacuum the bed rug. Additionally there was white over spray on the driver side camper shell window. This should have been cleaned or the masking should’ve been better, this should’ve been all completed prior to picking up my vehicle.

Everyone was awesome, they kept me updated on my car. And the manager even let me pick up my car on a Saturday morning of a 3 day weekend, so I could get out of my clown car rental. Appreciate all of you.
