Everyone was awesome, they kept me updated on my car. And the manager even let me pick up my car on a Saturday morning of a 3 day weekend, so I could get out of my clown car rental. Appreciate all of you.

Mọi việc đã hoàn thành nhưng tôi có góp ý nhỏ. Các bạn hãy kiểm tra linh kiện thay thế trước khi lắp ráp và kiểm tra chất lượng trước khi gọi điện cho khách hàng đến nhận lại xe. Phần thay thế của tôi có 2 vết lõm nhỏ, nó không quá nghiêm trọng và tôi cũng ko yêu cầu thay thế vì các bạn đã chủ động báo với tôi cũng như đề xuất xử lý cho lỗi nhỏ đó, tôi đánh giá cao về điều này nhưng đây cũng là vấn đề các bạn cần lưu ý để tránh tiếp diễn về sau. Việc kết nối vói các văn phòng nên có số điện thoại kết nối riêng để tiện liên hệ trao đổi trong quá trình sửa chữa, tránh việc phải liên kết qua tổng đài trước khi làm việc trực tiếp với cửa hàng. Với tôi trải nghiệm ở hệ thống các bạn là tốt. Cảm ơn rất nhiều
