Everyone was very professional. The only reason I didn’t get the car back on time was due to a supplier error to Caliber Collision. They ordered the correct replacement bumper but their supplier sent the wrong one so it had to be reordered. Caliber Collision still delivered the repaired car within a completely acceptable time frame. No complaints from me.

Very professional from start to finish. I was walked through the process for everything that needed to be done from start to finish. I appreciated all of the follow up phone calls so I knew where things stood with my car, and I appreciated the flexibility with the schedule for my repair as well as my pickup when the work was completed. My questions were always answered sincerely and honestly. My primary contact was Mike and he was excellent. I appreciated his advice and his help throughout the process.
