Caliber Collision (Wadsworth, Oh) did a professional job/work on my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek from the damage to the rear-end and driver-side quarter panel from the MVA. Michael Troyer, Service Advisor was very transparent, courteous, and professional in providing an overview of damages, timing of repairs, and kept me informed throughout the repair process. The repairs took nearly a month but largely due to the Christmas and New Year’s holidays. Caliber Collision did quality work. I wish to thank Michael, Michelle and the rest of the Team at Caliber Collision for their assistance and support throughout the vehicle repair process.

Only complaint I have, and it’s across the board with both Caliber and Westfield is I was the one having to call for updates on the vehicle. Would have liked to see better communication. Past that, I will continue to take my cars to Caliber when needed.
