After a frustrating time getting the Insurance Company to return calls every step of way, I decided to go straight to Caliber Collision on my own to see if they had been contacted yet about my claim. I talked to Aaron Knight who said he hadn’t been contacted but they dealt with this insurance company a lot and made a call to the person he normally deals with. Amazingly within ten minutes he the authorization to get my car in and also set up the loaner car for me.

They did a great job keeping be informed of the process of my car. They also managed all the insurance from the person that hit my car. I was also impressed that they cleaned out the car. The car looked amazing when they were done, outside and inside!
