Mr. King is not an engineer, yet it was his personal opinion that an exhaust leak was not caused by the accident and so not fixed. He then insisted on taking to a dealer for a determination - and even though their findings couldn't definitively say one way or another, he still insisted it wasn't due to the accident. So now it's in my lawyer's hands. This repair is taking longer only because of Mr King's drive to beat the man hours he estimated on the job.

Several issues needed to be addressed (things a man on the street would question), Mr. King seemed to take all my questions personally. His attitude seemed to be just getting rid of me as soon as possible. That is, he wanted me sign off without telling something wasn't fixed. It was only after I specifically asked, was I told it wasn't done: his motivation is to maximize his profit regardless of how well a repair is resolved.
