I know the quality of work is good but I would warn them that the experience was not great and let them decide.

The Caliber Collision across the road gave us an estimate and said they would be replacing the tailgate, etc. The one that fixed it just used bondo, etc to fix it without disclosing until it was done.

There was no communication from Katie our service advisor. I had to call several times to get updates and she mentioned she would get updates and call me back and never did. She seemed annoyed when I asked questions and asked for updates.

Bryan, the receptionists, the entire team were responsive, helpful, and truly went above and beyond. We’ve had snow and ice a couple times since the work was done, and both paint and workmanship have held up wonderfully.

This was truly a great experience. Danielle kept me with real time updates. The front desk ladies was nothing shooter of amazing as well. I had to come back several Times for leaving things in my rental they ensured the items was at the desk waiting for me.
