Vlad and Katie were so helpful! My liftgate was being so difficult and they had many set backs with the production of the liftgates but they persevered and made my car look like new! They kept me well informed and gave great customer service. 1000/10 service!!

Excellent craftsmanship. timeliness exceeded original estimates. Check in procedure was slow as had already received an estimate and was asked to wait ~20 minutes for no valuable reason. Check out was a little clunky as had received a call that car was ready for pick-up. When arrived, my car had not yet gotten approval for release.
