I'd had a great experience with Caliber Collision in Wake Forest once before and they were my go to place when someone recently hit my car, even though I've moved and had a bit of a drive to get there this time. Once again, everyone from the ladies who greeted me, to Bryan, Vlad, and Katie proved to me that this was the best place to trust with my car. Everyone was caring, concerned, reassuring, knowledgeable, and professional. Bryan's updates were extremely helpful - not too many and not too few - and his explanations were informative. Katie managed the entire location especially well. I hope I don't need them again, but if I do, I will trust Caliber Collision in Wake Forest to restore my car to its best possible condition.

Excellent experience from start to finish! Communication was outstanding throughout the entire repair process. Nicole, the service writer, was amazing—she kept me informed every step of the way and made everything easy to understand. The management team and the technician were also professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with.
