The ladies at the front desk helped point out potential misunderstandings in how insurance coverage would work for the rental car that I was picking up at the same time I dropped off my car. They made sure I left informed to be able to make the right decision for my situation. And then Vlad on the repair side, communicated thoroughly and appropriately and regularly. He went above and beyond to make sure a difficult issue in my tailpipe was resolved. He spent time on the phone and with me in person to listen to my concern and explain the resolution. I am very happy with the service at this location.

The staff at Caliber Collision are extremely knowledgeable and explain the entire process in layman's terms. They are professional, personable and trustworthy. We have had several cars fixed by them and each time things went absolutely smooth. Caliber Collision is the only place we will ever take our cars.

I appreciated having caliber and enterprise in close proximity. This enabled me to drop off my damaged vehicle, Plus obtain a rental car in virtually the same same location.
