The women at the front desk were very helpful and courteous. Mark was great. He kept me informed about the progress of my truck until it was complete. Very happy with the service I received from everyone involved at caliber collision.!!

The associate called me upon completing the internal survey I was texted and emailed repeatedly requesting my feedback. I gave low scores and the associate called me being very confrontational and nasty to me. If you would not like feedback don’t submit me a survey. Sorry if my opinion differs from your expectations.
