1. I’m satisfied with the repair itself. 2. Tyrone was great at keeping me informed. 3. Whoever filled in for Tyrone when he was out on 7/2 would not return 3 calls I made that day to check on my car. 4. Constant, almost daily misinformation from CC about the status of my car, even asking me to book the repair when it was already in the shop. Need to get someone who understands tech and messaging to straighten this out.

I was very impressed with Caliber. Not only was the work completed earlier than expected but they also washed and vacuumed my car!!! And his mama of 5 greatly appreciated that! Everyone was exceptional to work with, kind, and professional.
