This I believe is the 3rd time I chose to use Caliber to fix one of my vehicles. The last time they did interior damage and acknowledged it and they replaced the dash board grill. I recently picked my car up but have not really driven it since then. I now notice my factory subwoofer is no longer working. I called to let them know that and just being completely transparent the energy I was receiving back from who I spoke with was off. The last thing I want to do as busy as I am is to bring my car back to have it looked at but at the same time I know with 100% certainty it was working when I dropped it off. I suggested maybe it was something as simple as a fuse that got blown being Caliber took part of the car apart. Didn’t seem like they thought that was a real possibility and almost made me feel like I was lying about it ever working and just trying to get them to cover it. Just left me with a really uneasy feeling. I have integrity and lying and not telling the truth is something I just don’t partake in. The actual body work that was done seems to be excellent as its always been but thats to be expected as thats what Caliber is being paid for and not to mention they are on the pricey side for repairs. There are plenty of shops that do great work its the customer service that starts to separate the pack.

We were updated on every step of the process. Our vehicle was completed before the initial estimated date. Alyson was easy to work with and the front desk admin persons were extremely polite and attentive. We have one small issue with our vehicle calibration but an appointment has been set to deal with it.
