Initially I was told my vehicle would possibly be completed Wednesday and if not I would receive a call. I was called and it was explained that due to delays at the dealership, it would be Friday at 4pm and again, if not I would be called. I did not receive a call and therefore called myself at 4:30pm to inquire. It was explained that again due to delays at the dealership, the repair time would be once again delayed. I was told that the dealership was fixing an "open recall" issue and this was causing the delay. I would have preferred this to be discussed with me so that I could make the discussion to wether or not to have the recall completed since it would have delayed the return of my vehicle to me and I in fact needed to have my vehicle before the weekend. Finally once I was called to pick up my vehicle on Monday, I was not given any information regarding the work performed on the "open recall". Additionally, the repairs made were not 100% complete. The plastic wheel guards were not replaced. Furthermore there were two significant scratches on the supposedly replaced and repaired bumper. The technician apologized for this inconvenience and I inderstand it is not entirely his fault or his fault at all. Yet, this is not what one should expect to receive when being return their vehicle. Currently, my vehicle is still not in my possession and I wait for the repaid to be fully completed.
