Bad color match second time with cheap excuses, bad spots on top corners of facia where it was damaged on first installation. Noted the first time and the second time was told that was how it came from Lincoln. I know better, you will never see me again, much better job when it was just Haddock, had 2 of my own cars repaired there and one company car, will never recommend Caliber again ever. Thanks for nothing.

Caliber did an excellent job on my repair, my truck looks better than it did before the accident! The rep I dealt with, Dusty, was very helpful and informative through the whole process. I received frequent updates on the status of my repair through phone calls, emails and text messages. I was even able to return my rental car right there at Caliber. If I ever need collision repair or body work/paint services again, I'll definitely use Caliber of Wake Forest!

Car looks great. Kevin Thorne and team did a great job restoring the car after the accident. Kevin was determined to find out the cause the trunk latch wouldn't open---------mission complete. Thanks for the hard work and dedication to excellence. I would definately recommend Caliber to others.

Customer service was good. I received sort of vague email updates, so I had to call for more details. Would have been nice for the emails to have been more specific.
