The car will have to be taken back to have the hook for the truck cover replaced as it is not there and was there when I took the car in to be repaired. The car was an afterhour pick up and the service rep knew I would be picking it up VERY late. I had to search for the car - it wasn't pulled out front so I could easily make the transfer thus I had to walk through a dark parking lot by myself at midnight to return the keys in an unsecured box(not safe...if the rental car is stolen Im NOT responsible). The car was to be ready at 4pm and still wasn't ready for a 5 pm pickup - some of this had to do with Geico's expectations that were set with me. Geico wont be getting a customer out of this. I have had a bumper replaced before and it was done by 4 the next day for sure when it was dropped off at 8am on the day before. A cup was left in the trunk and a blinker light in the back seat. Will look at the car in the am to see if it was done properly.

My only big issue is the parking situation. Having such a congested parking lot made me nervous and may deter me from returning for additional service.

The only thing I found slightly off was the front bumper may be sagging slightly more than the original cause it scrapped a little more than usual coming out of my driveway which is on a hill. But other than that all work was done very well.
