Overall their customer service was great but their work is not so great. I took my car in for some passenger side body work. When I picked up the car, the inside door panel was sticking up about half an inch. My passenger side window is also not rolling down property. I don’t know how they didn’t inspect their own work. Now I have to go back and get it fixed. They also charged my insurance company $10 to put back on the number plate. They know how to suck the money from insurance companies. I wish I had micromanaged this job but I was too busy and trusted them to get it done right but i was wrong.

Customer service was awesome. They were super flexible, very personable and always kept me up to date with the status on my truck as well as answered all my questions. The quality of work to my truck is great and you can’t even tell where any damage was done.

Andrew was an awesome point of contact for the repair, he kept me up to date and informed on everything going on and when things were done. The body work is second to none. You can’t even tell that it had a whole body panel replaced
