I absolutely loved the customer service, everyone is pleasant. Appreciate the text updates on my vehicle; also I noticed that my seat button was also fixed. I didn’t think they were going to since I didn’t ask them to but I completely appreciate it them doing it!! Would recommend everyone to come here if they need their cars repair. I’m extremely grateful & satisfied with everything. Thank you!

The time it took for the repairs be made was close to 6 weeks The finished product was ok it was just that it took way to long.

They did not communicate well at all. I asked for updates on vehicle- (from the moment i dropped it off-i explained my need to know) — No updates, notices given and they did not care that I had a rental/work/ and need to plan ahead for drop off/pick up so that i would not be charged extra because i could not pick my car up when they called.
