Everyone there was so nice and helpful! It was so easy to drop off the car and I was able to give my last 4 of my social so that they could start work until I could come and sign the paper. They kept me apprised if the progress and it was done before it was estimated to be finished. Picking the car up was so easy and it was nice and clean. Even though I had to get the car fixed because it was in an accident, it was so nice that getting it repaired was so easy.

I was there multiple times. When I arrived for first scheduled appointment, my part was not on site. So I left with my repairs still needed. Second scheduled appointment, it was realized once the mirror was removed from my car it was determined that there was more extensive damage and different parts needed to be ordered. On the third visit, my repairs were completed. I will say that Mike Rudolph was very friendly.

I was told I would receive daily Updates. I didn’t. I had to call and When I did get an update. It was VERY vague. To th point it made it seam as if the car was completed. It wasn’t.
